Theodore Whitlock – Lead Reviewer & Payout Tester | www.casinotheodore.co
Theodore Whitlock tests every casino with his own CAD before a review goes live on casinotheodore.co.
Theodore Whitlock runs the test desk at casinotheodore.co from Winnipeg. He spent eleven years as a compliance analyst for a Canadian credit union, flagging unusual transfers, so he knows exactly why a casino cashier stalls a withdrawal. For every review he opens a real account, deposits his own Canadian dollars by Interac and logs each payout from request to bank arrival.
From flagging suspicious wire transfers to building casinotheodore.co
Before launching the test desk at casinotheodore.co, Theodore spent 11 years as a compliance analyst at a Winnipeg credit union, reviewing flagged e-Transfers and investigating why a payment got held. That background is exactly why he never takes a casino's "24-hour withdrawal" claim at face value — he opens a real account, moves his own Canadian dollars by Interac, and clocks every step until the money actually lands back in his chequing account.
How Theodore tests in 2026
- Cross-check the operator's licence number against the regulator or Kahnawake register.
- Fund the account with a real Interac e-Transfer and time the deposit to the second.
- Play through at least 300 rounds, including an hour on a live-dealer table.
- Open a support ticket and log how long the team takes to give a straight answer.
- Request a full cashout and track every stage until it clears into his bank account.
